  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
